Mount Allison University, also known as MTA, is a science and liberal arts university located in Sackville, New Brunswick, which primarily focuses on undergraduate programming. Mount Allison’s reputation for leadership goes back a long way; MTA was the first university in the British Empire to award a Bachelor’s degree to a woman and was also the first university in the country to offer Internet access across the campus. The oldest university art gallery in Canada can still be found on MTA’s campus.
At MTA, students can choose between Bachelor’s degrees in Arts, Commerce, Science, Fine Arts and Music. Further education offered is Master’s degrees in Biology and Chemistry, Bilingualism Certificates and a new Bachelor’s degree in Aviation.
